This community has an array of homes built from the early 1900s to 2016. The newest homes were built from 2014 to 2016 by Biltmore Co. There is no HOA. The homes are two-story on smaller lots (about 0.08 acres) and are approximately 1,500 sqft to 1,800 sqft.
The most recent addition is Ustick Cottages features new homes built in 2020.
