Northeast Boise

This area is inclusive of the region following Warm Springs Blvd east past Warm Springs Golf Course to Hwy 21 and the north side of the Boise River into the Foothills. It is very popular due to its proximity to trails and the Greenbelt. It is also a short commute to downtown Boise. Lucky Peak is only 7 minutes away and you can follow the Greenbelt up to the dam and Lucky Peak State Park. Many people paddleboard and canoe the stretch of water below the dam.

Northeast Boise contains some of the largest and most expensive homes in Treasure Valley, many of which were erected by wealthy miners and businessmen around the turn of the 20th century. The area gets its name from the natural hot springs that flow from Boise's fault line and warm many of the homes in the area.

Home prices tend to be higher than average because it is not an average place to call home. Homes in Warm Springs Mesa and El Paseo offer amazing views far above the valley floor. Most homes are newer and offer easy access to the outdoors. The overall high quality of life found here includes almost no crime which makes it very appealing to a lot of people.
