Located in the center of the Boise Bench, Country Club Subdivision is quiet and easy t get to anywhere in Boise. A short drive to Interstate-84 will take you anywhere in Southern Idaho. Homes come in an array of architectural styles and built over the decades starting in the 1940s. The Country Club homes generally tend to range in the area of around 950 to 4,000 square feet with lots sizes ranging from 0.14-0.40 acres.

Nearby Schools come from the Boise School District namely Hillcrest Elementary School, South Junior High School, and Borah High School.
